Procedure to Schedule an appointment (Citizens with residence in Moldova (Type D, see categories)
In order to schedule an appointment please follow the steps as mentioned below:
1. Please call first the call center at (+38) 0 44 5949622. You will be able to
schedule an appointment via the call center without paying in advance.
2. Please complete your application as per the guidance given on the following
link:http://www.eda.admin.ch/eda/uk/home/reps/eur/vukr/ref_visinf/visukr.html
3. Before you come to the embassy for the date you have fixed you must pay the
fee. On the webpage www.swissvac-ua.com
go to Designated Bank link http://www.swissvac-ua.com/designated.aspx
to find out the nearest branch of ProminvestBank in order to make the payment
of service charge required (The payment can be made in all branches of
ProminvestBank in Ukraine)
4. On the Designated bank page you will find the information about the account
number favoring Interlink Solutions. In order to pay the service charge to make
appointment, you are required to have your FOREIGN passport with you to provide
your passport number, first and last name in Latin Letters as indicated in your
passport while making the payment. Please note that the service charge is
payable per passport.
5. After paying the service charge in the ProminvestBank you will receive a
receipt number (Please see payment destination details on your receipt). With
this receipt you may go to the embassy on the date you have scheduled. Please
be present at the Embassy on the date and time of your appointment to submit
your visa application. You are requested to be present at the Embassy 10
minutes before the time of your appointment.
Recommendations:
Please notice that you can enter the embassy only with the receipt of payment.
You may not enter the embassy without the receipt, although you have scheduled
an appointment.
Please try to schedule an appointment in the second part of the morning. You
must go to the bank before coming to the embassy! Please take this fact into
consideration when you plan your trip to Kiev.
