Attention citizens with residence in Moldova (Type D, see categories):

Citizens with residence in Moldova can schedule an appointment date only calling to the call center. Before you come to the embassy for the date you have fixed you must pay the service charge in PromInvest Bank. Please remember that your application will be processed only on presentation of the payment receipt.

You can schedule an appointment to submit your visa application to the Embassy of Switzerland only after paying the required service charge at any branch of PromInvest Bank. Please visit to www.pib.com.ua to find a PromInvest Bank branch closest to your residence. The payment order must favour Interlink Solutions (account number 2600030211671, sort code 300012) and you must mention your international passport number, first name and last name, written in Latin letters (as they appear on your passport) on the payment order.

The Contact Center Service charge is 50 hryvnas (Inclusive of VAT) per applicant. This charge is independent from the Visa Fees (which are supposed to be paid directly at the Embassy).

After completing payment, you can schedule an appointment:

While scheduling an appointment, please keep the following information handy:

• Your unique reference number mentioned on the receipt issued by PromInvest Bank.
• Your international passport number, first name and last name in Latin letters (as they appear on your passport).
